Virgo ACP operates three advanced colour coating lines and three ACP production lines equipped with precision coating systems including PVDF, FEVE, and SDP. These technologies provide superior protection against UV radiation, corrosion, and environmental degradation. With an annual coating capacity exceeding 125,000+ MT and ACP production capacity of 4.5 million+ square metres per annum our panels are engineered to deliver reliability, longevity, and refined aesthetics essential for modern architecture.
Our growth journey continued with the introduction of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP). Recognized for their sleek finish, structural strength, and long lasting weather resistance our ACPs have become a trusted choice for facades, signage, and contemporary architectural designs that balance both style and durability.
What truly sets us apart is that we are the only ACP company in India to use an indigenous aluminium coil produced entirely in-house.
