Terms & conditions

Scheme terms

  1. Scheme period: The scheme is valid from 2 November 2026 to 7 November 2026 (both days inclusive). Registrations and spins are accepted only during the scheme period.
  2. Eligibility: Dealers who purchase and are billed for 99+ Virgo ACP sheets during the scheme period are eligible. The purchase can be across one or more invoices; all invoice numbers must be entered in the registration form.
  3. One spin per dealer: Each dealer gets one spin per registered mobile number. An invoice number can be used only once in the scheme.
  4. Luck-based result: The gift won on the wheel is purely based on luck. The result shown when the wheel stops is final, subject to verification.
  5. Order and billing: Only orders billed within the scheme period qualify. Orders booked or billed outside the scheme period are not eligible.
  6. Warehouse stock: Material booked under the scheme must not be kept on hold at the company's warehouse. Material held at the warehouse does not qualify.
  7. Return policy: Material purchased under the scheme can be returned only for a manufacturing defect. Returns for any other reason are not accepted. Where material is returned, Virgo may revise or withdraw the gift.
  8. Verification: All entries are verified against Virgo's billing records. Entries with incorrect or incomplete details may be disqualified.
  9. Gift delivery: Gifts will be delivered after Diwali, once verification is complete. Images are for illustration only; actual brand and model may vary.
  10. No cash alternative: No credit note, cash equivalent or monetary reimbursement will be given in place of any gift. Gifts are not transferable.
  11. Taxes: Any applicable taxes, including TDS, and other statutory deductions will be handled as per applicable law and the company's approved scheme policy. Any amount legally payable by the dealer shall be borne by the dealer.
  12. Interpretation: All matters relating to eligibility, verification and interpretation of these terms will be decided by Virgo as per the published terms and applicable law.
  13. Amendments: Virgo reserves the right to clarify or amend these terms as per applicable law. Any material change will be communicated to participants.
  14. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, where Virgo's registered office is located. The scheme is void where prohibited by law.
